How well do you know YOUR market? Even though there are plenty of tools and resources on-line that will encourage you broaden your base, that is not the best way to increase your business profit. They may even encourage you to target as many clients as possible. In fact, many of these “experts” would encourage you to market your products and services without any research and that can be detrimental to your business!

It’s not a surprise to me that many of them fail to make the amount of sales they believed possible. In fact, when using this approach, the entrepreneur is often left wondering what went wrong when they just knew they had a sure fire winning idea behind their product!

Does this sound familiar? In understand it’s easy to assume you know what your target market wants. You have passion for your business; you work long hours; you network and you strategize… so inevitably you know what your buyer wants! Right?
